Minimum three years experience at management / supervisory level in a busy hotel environment. Front Office experience an advantage.
Minimum two years experience as a bar manager / supervisor in a busy hotel or gastro bar food environment.
Chef de Partie
Minimum two years post training experience in busy hotel and / or restaurant. HACCP trained. Banquet experience an advantage.
Accommodation Manager / Supervisor
Minimum of two years experience at supervisory level in a 3* hotel accommodation.
