Family Fun

At the Celtic Ross Hotel Rosscarbery in beautiful West Cork, we welcome families and our young guests.

There is so much for all the family to do together in Rosscarbery and West Cork. Activities include building sand castles on the blue flag Warren Beach, hire pedal boats on Rosscarbery Lagoon, try your hand at our not so easy Rosscarbery pitch and putt course! For those in need of some golfing practice try the Rosscarbery Driving Range. There is also the playground and tennis courts in the Village. The sun always shines at the Celtic Ross Hotel, West Cork but if the weather is not favorable there is still plenty to do. Laze in our white flag leisure centre with its 15mtr pool, sauna, steam room, kids pool, and bubble pool. Relax with a treatment in our holistic suite, packages also available for teenagers. Or watch a kids movie shown on not so nice days only.

There is bread available from the restaurant in the mornings to feed the swans across the road.

Accommodation:

There are many room options for family breaks in the hotel. Standard rooms, large family rooms and interconnecting rooms are available. Travel cots and extra beds are available on request when booking.

Rates for Family Breaks:

Family Summer Sun – Two adults and two children stay for two nights accommodation and full Irish breafast including dinner on one evening for only €330! Children must be under 12 years old and dine from our childrens menu.

  • Special goodie bag for children on arrival
  • Weekly arts and crafts classes
  • Supervised Kids Fun Swim hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am in our Leisure Centre
  • A special treat of milk and cookies before bedtime
  • Fun pottery classes are available at Rita’s Clay House (extra charge)

Children 4-12 years are only €22 when sharing with adults, this includes overnight accommodation and breakfast.

Children under 4years are accommodated free of charge.

Kids Club:

The Cool Roo Kids Club runs daily during the school holidays. We have loads of activities planned for the summer holidays!
