Email: “Hi there, I wanted to drop a little note to say a big Thank You! We stayed there Monday to Wednesday of last week. From the moment we came into the hotel we really felt looked after. We had just got engaged and got a lovely surprise at dinner with balloons etc. Kathy and Triona on Reception and Paul in the restaurant definitely deserve a special mention. Also the guy who works on the desk at the pool, didn’t catch his name. It was so nice to receive such a nice reception in your hotel. Everything was perfect and our 1 year old loved it to. Email: “Hi Teresa/Adam, I am just writing a note to say thank you. From my first meeting with Adam, I got the feeling that I was dealing with a professional and well run establishment. Any request that I enquired or asked for was dealt with in a prompt manner and I got the feeling that nothing was too big an issue to deal with. The wedding day itself could not have run any smoother, overall the food was superb and the service was second to none. We received numerous compliments from our guests that the meal was outstanding and everyone had plenty to eat. One little point that you might consider for future weddings, Sean and I had breakfast in the dining room with the other guests as we did not know who we were supposed to contact regarding our private breakfast. Our dealings with the Celtic Ross was an excellent experience and I cannot praise Adam, Teresa and all the staff for a job well done. I would definitely recommend your establishment to anybody. Basil, Sybil and Manuel return to serve you dinner and a feast of comic delights guaranteed to keep you laughing all the way to the dessert. Basil is manic, Sybil domineering, and Manuel of course is hopelessly language-challenged. Everything that can go wrong does in some beautifully controlled chaos.

Faulty Towers … the Dining Experience return to the Celtic Ross Hotel West Cork for three nights next November. Basil, Sybil and Manuel amid organised chaos will welcome guests to the 13^th installment of the hit series Fawlty Towers.

Dates: 2nd, 3rd and 4th November 2012

To all the Wonderful staff,

The best day of our lives was so because of the excellent service and personal touch we got here at the hotel. For us, since day one, we knew we were always dealing with true professionals but also with people who cared about us as a couple. Thank you sincerely for everything – having our wedding here was the best descsion we ever made. The hotel staff emanate the true West Cork spirit of hospitality and generosity and will forever more be one of our most precious memories ever.
