We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it hard to leave on Sunday – it was exactly what we all needed. Please pass on our thanks to Justine and Orla in the Holistic Suite, they were superb to all of us and the treatments were wonderful. Please also pass on our thanks to the hotel staff, they were so friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made our stay extremely comfortable. The highlight of the weekend for me was listening to and experiencing the top class customer service being provided by the Staff. They were absolutely fantastic and I even overheard other customers saying amongst themselves – how helpful and friendly the staff were to them. I had a fabulous room overlooking the lagoon and the causeway and I was ever so sorry to have to leave yesterday. The service which your Staff offered us during that time was second to none. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous, whether it was making a reservation on the telephone, at the Reception Desk, in the Dining Rooms and Bar areas and in the Beauty Salon. We enjoyed also the great entertainment given by Mr Joe O’Donovan and it rounded off our day perfectly to ‘trip the light fantastic’ and to sing along that evening.
