We hope that this strange time finds you doing as well as is possible and we hope that you, like us, are looking forward to the Festive period. Whilst it may be different it will hopefully give us a chance to mark it in some way.
To that end, we are delighted to let you know that we will be re-opening from Thursday 3rd December. We can’t wait!!
Below are the operating days for the different areas;
Hotel Accommodation will be open Thursday Night, Friday Night and Saturday night every week in the lead up to Christmas. (Dec 3rd, 4th & 5th / 10th, 11th & 12th /17th, 18th & 19th) In addition once the restrictions change to people being able to move around the country from the 18th December, we will also open accommodation on Sunday 20th December, 21st and 22nd. We will close for the Christmas as usual on the Wednesday 23rd December after Lunch re-opening full-time from the Sunday 27th December straight through to the Sunday 10th of January 2021. All available dates are open on our website.
Hotel Accommodation is open we will have full service Restaurant facilities open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. For non-residents, we will open for Sunday Lunch on the Sunday 6th, December then weekly as follows:
Wednesday 10 am – 4 pm for Morning Coffee and Lunch
Thursday – Saturday 10 am – 9 pm for Morning Coffee, Lunch and Dinner
Sunday – 10 am – 4 pm for Morning Coffee and Sunday Lunch
WE WILL BE CLOSED FULLY ON MONDAY & TUESDAY
As restrictions open on the 18th all dining times will be in-line with the main hotel being open. As we are getting used to business levels and re-opening we ask that you please make a reservation for lunch and dinner through our online booking system. In this uncertain time, this will support us with planning immensely.
Our leisure centre hours will be finalised on Monday and communicated then, the leisure centre will be available for hotel guests.
We realise our part-time opening is a little difficult to take in but we are just trying to take a measured approach to re-opening and we are trying to safeguard jobs whilst managing the business in a manner that sets us up for the New Year.

Our Kingfisher Bistro will reopen on Wednesday 1st July 2020 for morning Coffee/light breakfast, Lunch and Evening meals with social distancing in place. Table reservations will be essential and can be made by calling 023 88 48722.

Following today’s update that has been passed by the government on hotels being able to open from 29th June 2020 and travel restrictions lifted, we will take 2-3 days to decide whether we will revise our open date that was set at July 20th.
We will discuss the possibilities of bringing this earlier and we look forward to welcoming you all and please bear with us while we put a definite plan in place. We will update you in the coming days.
