Served in the all new Kingfisher Bar & Bistro with stunning views over the Wild Atlantic Way, our carvery lunch is like no other you will find in West Cork. Head Chef Alex Petit has created am all new carvery experience!
'I always create new menus depending on trendy new ingredients emerging from different countries. I also always put on a classic dishes with a modern twist' says Alex. 'I am a very routine person. I love receiving fresh goods in the morning  and suddenly creativity appears. New dishes are always coming to my mind so I carry a notebook with me! Our new carvery includes all the classic dishes with a modern twist in our new salad bar where you can select your own as a starter or else to compliment your Sunday roast. As well as that, we offer a prime roast of the day which is sourced from the best butchers and farmers of the region. The new addition to our team, US sous chef Mario Chevez bring an exciting dynamic with fresh new ideas to compliment our Summer menus.'
