We have the below opportunities:

Duty Manager

Reporting to Operations Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Oversees the operations of the hotel on a day to day basis.

·         Ensure the quality and standards are met consistently.

·         Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage their expectations.

·         Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from each department.

·         Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

 Requirements:

·         •Have previous supervisory experience within the Hotel or Hospitality Industry.

·         •Possess excellent customer service skills.

·         •Have a passion for their role within the department.

·         •Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members. 

 

 

Bar Manager/Supervisor

Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Assist with the everyday running of a busy bar and restaurant.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience within a busy bar and restaurant.

·         Excellent leadership, management, organisation and time management skills.

·         Ability to work both as part of a team and alone.

 

 

Restaurant Supervisor

Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Providing a memorable dining experience, serving food and drinks to guests at all times.

·         Dealing with guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring best customer care and satisfaction.

·         Be an effective communicator with guests/clients and at all levels of the business. Pay attention to detail in all aspects of the customer journey.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience within a busy bar and restaurant.

·         Ability to communicate with employees and customers, solve problems at the same time, organise work and make certain decisions.

 

 

Night Porter

Reporting to Operations Manager

Requirements:

·        Previous experience in hotel operations

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills

·        A team player

·        Flexibility with hours

·        Previous knowledge of cash procedures and balance of payments on front office systems an advantage

·        Excellent attention to detail

Previous hotel security experience
